| Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days after placing your order, UK mainland only. However, please allow 7 days before contacting our customer services department. |
| If you do not live within the UK mainland please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
If you are a BFPO customer, we will deliver your parcel to British Forces Post Office
within 3-5 working days, please then allow up to 10 days for your order to reach your base. You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier. If for any reason you have a query regarding the delivery of your order, please call our customer services helpline on 0871 200 5000 or email customerservices@mandmdirect.com. Please remember to include your Order Number (if known), your full name and postcode when corresponding by email. |

| Standard Delivery Free standard delivery on all UK and BFPO orders over £50. Hurry offer ends Midnight 2nd December. UK and BFPO £3.99 Channel Islands £5.99 Eire £9.99 Express Delivery Express Delivery (UK Mainland Only) £6.99 Orders must be placed by Noon Monday to Thursday to be delivered the following day. Orders placed on a Thursday after Noon and Friday before Noon will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on a Friday after Noon, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday. Delivery Restrictions Express Delivery can only be selected for orders within Mainland UK. If Express Delivery can not be used in your area; delivery will default to the standard service. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process your order via our website but our Customer Services department will assist you over the telephone. Your postage charge will cost you the same regardless of the number of items you order, but remember if you place an order in excess of £100 for either UK or BFPO delivery, you will automatically receive free standard delivery.
